Job Seeker Questions

MINIMAL PREPARATION REQUIRED lists the Employer Questions asked during a Video Job-Op (VJO) recording session, but does not display the Job Seeker questions asked while creating a Video Resumé (VR).

Why are the VR questions NOT displayed on the website?

Employers must provide you, the job seeker, with accurate information regarding the requirements of the positions presented in their VJOs. In order to do this, they may need to check facts with their supervisors, hiring managers, or other individuals prior to creating the VJO. This requires an element of preparation.

Lucky for you, there is minimal preparation required to create your VR. The VR process is designed to specifically capture your personality, attitude, work ethic, and other personal attributes. These are characteristics that you cannot prepare to present. The questions and proctoring are designed to accurately showcase who you are. So, you can just be yourself.
