A Video Resumé (VR) is a multi-media method of presenting job seekers to employers. VRs are ultimately designed to reduce screening time for employers. Wherever employers can access the Web, they can more efficiently identify the best people for their jobs.
The VR format is designed to capture the personality, attitude, and work ethic of each applicant. Job seekers can provide up to 10 additional documents to include with their VRs to more accurately represent their skills, experience, and other unique qualities. VRs provide the whole picture. Because a picture is worth 1,000 resumés.
A Video Resumé (VR) is comprised of a private website link that can be sent to any employer with a website browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Windows Explorer. A VR is NOT a separate document that can be sent as an attachment.

A Video Job-Op (VJO) is the employer's version of a Video Resumé (VR). Just as a VR exposes the intangibles of a job seeker, a VJO reveals much more about an available position than a classified ad. Applicants can now seek out various positions and respond directly and confidentially to VJOs posted on our site.
A (VJO) is comprised of a private website link that can be advertised in any form of media, including your company website. It can also be sent to individual job seekers who have access to the Web through a website browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Windows Explorer. A VJO is NOT a separate document that can be sent as an attachment.
Job seekers can now look at the employer, read a job description, hear revealing details about the job, view pictures of the work environment, and link to most companies' websites. Employers can also provide up to 10 additional documents to include with their VJOs to more accurately represent the positions available at their firms.
